The Textiles Human Resources Council (THRC) provides innovative skills solutions for the textile workforce. Its award-winning Textile Training Through Technology® workforce development system is currently in use in more than 40 countries. It offers hundreds of world-first E-Learning programs for all employees, from the shop floor to corporate offices in broad areas such as:

• technical and mechanical skills - communications skills
• business essentials - personal development skills
