The CTT Group is currently looking for Canadian textile producers who may be interested in participating in a small delegation of textile manufacturers (3 to 5 companies) who are planning to develop the value added textile markets in Spain and the European Union.

We are currently looking at the possibility of participating in “ApliMatec 2006” in Valencia Spain from May 23rd to 25th. With over 300 exhibitors and several thousand visitors, ApliMatec is fast becoming the premier event for Advanced Textile Materials manufacturers who wish to showcase their products to Spanish and EU buyers.

The unique concept of this show is that there are two types of exhibitors under one roof. The MATEX show (were the Canadian textile companies will be) will feature tear-one textile producers and suppliers while at the APLITEC show, you will find finished textile products in all sectors of technical textile applications (ex. Protection, Medical, Industrial, Sports, etc.). In fact, as a MATEX exhibitor, you can easily find new customers amongst show visitors as well as the APLITEC exhibitors who use textiles in their finished products. This show is also a great opportunity to tap into the EU market from Spain, which is a less competitive marketplace than other EU countries such as Germany, France or England.

In partnership with Industry Canada, the CTT Group will rent space at the show and support participating Canadian companies with high visibility marketing tools.
